I would work a deal with adding Tenn. State for football only to the MEAC.  The Ohio Valley is not the same for football any more and I think they like the idea of the Celebration bowl.

Tenn State schedule 6 MEAC games 1 Power Five game  1 SWAC 3 old Ohio Valley conference rival

It will be a true advantage to be 1st this year.  The 2 seed vs 3 seed in the tourney is going to be tough.  Oh my bad I assuming those team will win the first round game

Early thoughts

1) I think the 2 classic games will hurt NCCU when they comeback and play Campbell.
2) Okay NCCU fans which trip are you making LA or Indy? 
3) The band better start go fund me for those 2 classic trips
4) It an advantage that your playing A&T early.  Once we get our QB situated watch out
5) If your coach get to the Celebration bowl you better show him the money.

I would make these games as part of the classic for the next 2 years

NCCU vs A&T
Norfolk or Howard vs Hampton

Move the games to Charlotte for 1 year and Richmond the next.

I think it time that we move back the extra point in college from the 20 yd line to the 30.  It might make teams for 2 points more and bring a little more excitement for that 1 extra point.
