Although I would love, love, love to see him win more Opens sooner rather than later, I'm just glad to see him competing on a high level again.

Believe me, the EC police knew who he was before they pulled him over for CHANGING LANES...  I HATE that he got caught.  He IS a good guy.

We had a few bright spots.  Even though it was a blow out, the game was still exciting.  Just like old times from my perspective.  Wait, something about that last statement didn't quite sound right.  #GOVIKINGS

So, you mean to tell me with all of the "what the fuss" at the beginning of the season those Fort Valley Wildcats pulled out an SIAC CHAMPIONSHIP?  Seem like we (Vikings) were doing the same thing over our new 2-35 Coach.  Ha, haa.  He made all of us "eat crow".  Stepped in, got those kids believing and working.  I'm so looking forward to next season.  Well, I'll be dog gone.  BIG TIME CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!

In my opinion, the Republican Party is in a major quandary regarding all of the things that Trump has promised, the agenda of the Republican establishment, and those people who voted for him for whatever the reasons they voted for him.  Quite frankly, I don't think he will be able to deliver on any of his promises.  The question is where will the ACCOUNTABILITY lie?  The republicans were just let off the hook for the last 8-years of doing nothing.  Now they have full control.  Sometimes, I don't know why we as African-Americans always feel like white folk with power and money have all of the answers to everything that affects us.  So, I agree with Michael Moore.  And, in my Carolina Panthers voice, we need to "keep pounding" our agenda at every opportunity locally and nationally.  This election may have redefined our legislative officials need to understand that the only reason we have government in the first place is to make laws that protect and serve those factions of minorities (people) who are most likely to be taken advantage of, killed, and/or hurt by the majority that rules.  If this doesn't keep them in check.  As the great Onnidan poster says; "God help us'.

Maybe I'm just ultra-frustrated, but I'm conceding defeat......Clinton has woefully underperformed.

My synopsis ---- Black folks didn't vote; white folks did.  Anytime when Detroit is only a few percentage points ahead, something is wrong......

At the end of the day, we remain our worst enemies.  We can talk crazy to folks like oldsport and y04185, but it doesn't mean a damn thing if brothas and sistas don't show up at the polls to vote.

White folks took this election personally.....and I'm not about talking the educated white folks.  There are ultra-conservative and uneducated (dare I say racist) white folks who took this as their last stand to remain in power.....in particularly the less-educated white male.

Black folks' allegiance is to Obama.....not Clinton or the Democrats.  It will cost us dearly.
Trump was white folks' ultimate last hope.......and they came out like he was.

This is unbelievable....

You are.  And I reject this being laid at the feet of black folks.  Maybe if Clinton had spent some time figuring out why white men were rejecting the Democratic party in droves, she would have won.

Trump is a known womanizer, behaved despicably in leaving his previous wives; has multiple kids by multiple women; and had statutory rape case nearing a hearing date; and women still voted for him. . . .

uh huh.  . this is our fault?

I told you folk, white people were going to show up for Trump. And as for all the BS, you just threw out, Hillary and Bill Clinton are no saints. They had pimples on their asses too. Get over it.

I kept telling you folk about the crowds and enthusiasm at his rallies. The crowds were nothing like that at Hillary's rallies and neither Barry's for that matter. Barry won on the cult of personalty and skin. Trump is winning on a real movement and real message.
No Trump is winning on cult of personality and skin too.  But it's okay. .the sun will come out tomorrow.

When y'all gone learn that elections in this country is none but black and white.  Just as sure as blacks and others who get it, voted for Obama in 2008 & 2012.  Whites and "Rednecks" voted for Trump just as he calculated.  Don't mean nothing.  You can call it "tit for tat" if you want to.  But, it doesn't stop the change that has been effected.  The closeness of this race proves it.  Republicans gone learn.

I have no idea what you are trying to say.  If change was wanted, white people changed parties for President, but re-elected many of the same republicans to the mix.  So where was the change?  Or are you saying something else?

In simple terms, they are on the clock.  For the last several years, the party of NO has NOT been held accountable for anything.  Well, now they have to answer the bell each and every time it rings.  SELA

Black folks didn't show up. Oh well I hope the Black's who protested got plans......

African Americans are only 13% of the electorate, Latinos 6%, Caucasians 70%. We can't determine a national election on our own.

This REVOLUTION we call the General Election that occurs every 4-years, in some cases every 2-years is as close as we could ever imagine.  With the percentages stated above, it is truly a wonder.  We can be thankful that CHANGE IS IN FACT occurring right before our very eyes whether we know it or not, whether we accept it or not depending on who and what you are.  Regardless of who wins, CHANGE WILL COME in the favor it was hoped for.  #THEEXPOSURECONTINUES

Over the last 6-years, ECSU has had exhibition games with ODU Basketball, HU Basketball, and NSU Basketball-last year and again this year on 15 Nov @ Echols.  I enjoy these games especially with our former CIAA Conference rivals.  We nipped NSU last year by my complete surprise.  You just never know what the outcome of these old rivalries might present.  The kids just get up for them.
