Exercising first thing in the a.m. is not good for me. MORNINGS are not good for me!

I do some stretching just to wake up but that is like ten minutes.

I do my best exercising in the afternoon/evening after work.

I can agree with that...depending on what kind of exercise. I'm not running 4-5 miles, but I will break a light sweat with a half-mile or a mile.

when i was in my 20's and early 30's, i used to hit the gym @ 5:30 AM for extensive cardio, core and dumbbell training each day before work.  i was also in 2 hoop leagues, played pickup ball another day and was playing racquetball 1-2x/week afterwards.  i agree the workout before breakfast has its benefits, but it's not for everyone. still to this day, i'm more prone to eat a few bananas and apples vs a traditional breakfast.

During my years in Undergrad.. We would hit the gym at 5:00am 5x week.  then Breakfast and class.....

Now that Im in the "Real World"... My life doesnt allow me to have that type of schedule.....

Im trying to reincorporate my regime somehow....
