I really hope he wins and get his money job back. My WSSU Rams don't have it like that. We can't just makeup reason to fire a person just because we're not winning like we were. I thought we had more class than that. We should do the right thing and give him his job back or at least admit the true reason he was fired.

This case will boil down too how the coach was trained and if he sgined anything stating he understood the training! I'm surprised the judge didnt ask for the rationale behind how two full-time staff members were involved with the incident and 1 was fired and the other was promoted. If the issue was the violation of safety standards on campus and the protocal for reporting them without delay to campus police both should had been fired or disciplined. If the judge rules in coaches favor that will be part of his decision.

Would it be smart to go back? His staff isn’t intact anymore.

Why isn’t the school coming out with any response to this?

He should have never been fired for this, and should take his job back if offered. He can get another staff if need be. Besides, he's probably not getting offers from better situations, and not many great coaches are beating WSSU's doors down either. I'm saddened that my Rams acted without class. Why can't we just say he got fired for not winning and stop making up reasons.

If he had a part in the firing,  then yes he needs to go. Winning at all costs is not a Ram thang. Winning comes and goes, but class should be with you at all times. Ramily!

If he wins he should get money due per contract. Do not bring him back. We need to move forward not backwards. We need new blood, new enthusiasm. What we have is there for budget reasons. Its obvious its not based on sucess.
