Even before the case was heard Tuesday, the president was playing dealmaker on Twitter, suggesting "a deal will be made with Dems" if the Supreme Court sides with his administration on winding down the DACA program.

If the Miller hadn't been an evil Gargamel-lite Douchebag, this case would have never gone to court.

Please elaborate.

They had chances to pass a law to protect those under DACA.  They failed.  They have refused to do anything under the current administration who wants a law to protect those under DACA.  It goes back to the 'If he's for it we're against it' mentality on Capitol Hill.

How is it you blame the Democrats but not the Republicans? Try to be specific.

Please explain why DACA had to be jeopardized just because Congress failed to reach a bipartisan agreement on immigration reform.
