PVAMU look really good against Rice....IMHO should have won that game. If they (PVAMU) play with the same intensity and efficiency NCCU is in for a long afternoon.

Boy, IF prognostications could win games- no need to play them.  Prairie View certainly is NO slouch team particularly in view of last weeks game against FBS Rice University. PVAM has been tested live, NCCU will be today.  PVAM prior game should give them an up  and they have a capable team to contend for the SWAC championship or surely in the chase.  NCCU will know today what direction we will be traveling this year.  Eastmans inauguration as coach is here and this is HIS team.  Respectfully I can't call this until 5 minutes left in this game.   TALK IS CHEAP!  PREDICTIONS    YOU GOT TO PLAY THE GAME.    :nono2:  IF both teams bring their "A" game, which both sides hope will be the scenario,   ;D ;D ;D and hope its me with the grin.     I call it a toss up at this point.  IMHO PVAM advantage is being able to tweak mis plays and corrections from live play. NCCU live action is self contained scrimmages,  only.

I don't think we are the calibre of a FBS team like Rice.  PVAM has speed and receivers with a quick release QB that can spread it to all receivers and backs and capable of runs too.  We have lived off of our defense and QB needs to better spread the ball to his receivers.  Yes we have a good team but have not been tested.   PVAM has been and it may show.

It was over 90 degrees sitting in the lower bowl.  There was no shade in 100 sections.  Most of the NCCU fans went upstairs into the 200 sections to be in the shade.  NCCU fans were there in good numbers.  There were not many PVAMU fans there.  In 2 weeks PVAMU goes to UNLV.   I bet their fans will show up out there.

We were All in section 200 under the shade. Boy it was 90 degrees in the bottom but it was 80 up top with a great breeze blowing.
