I don't even have a clue. The person I had in mind took a job elsewhere, i'm gonna have to do some more research.

What about:

MICKEY L. BURNIM, Ph.D., President of Bowie State University

Dr. James Johnson, The William R. Kenan Jr. Distinguished Professor of Entrepreneurship - Director, Urban Investment Strategies Center, Frank Hawkins Kenan Institute of Private Enterprise

He received his PhD from Michigan State University, his MS from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and his BS from North Carolina Central University.

And......

I'd do it, and I'd only ask for 500k(+housing,bonus, and travel stipend) a year to do it.

If you re-hire Ammons you guys will have an illegal campus in every state.

Dr. Silver might be available.

True that. I think he is in Florida to stay.  Like him, our BOT will have a dynamic leader for NCCU.  I can name some we need not to consider from our recent past.  Williams from Michigan has accepted the Fisk position.  TJ Bryan,  No thanks.  Wouldn't fit in Durham.  This will not be a Chancellor in training.  He/She will hit the ground  running.
