Apparently there is a big market where mothers shop their minor kids around so others can file them. You pay the mother a set amount for the privilege and get child credit. The mother collects all the money and are off scott free once the feds find out about it. The only recourse is to go after the filers. They are trying to stop the mothers up front now. I have heard people talking about doing this. Apparently it is wide spread.

The feds are just now catching up with this? Negroes been doing this for years.

You know some of us are masters at finding loop holes in government aid. If only we would put that kind of energy in other areas.

I remember when I worked at the newspapers, certain folks were notorious for doing this.

JT, I can't begin to tell you the number of folk I know who do it. They brag about it too. They carry some one else baby, sell food stamps, beat the doors down at the food pantry, and collect child support checks. But supporting a child is the last thing they do with it. Come on now, if you are getting a child support check from daddy, you should at least put the baby some in the bank for college. :nod:
