The media can make or break a case sometimes.
The truth, whole truth, and nothing but...

Part of the problem is that there are facts, and then there are rumors, speculation, innuendo, lies, various shades of truth, etc. It does not appear that ANY of us who post here were on or outside of the bus when this unfortunate incident happened so NONE OF US (unless you've seen the video) can speak with authority on what happened, who was there, yada yada. Naturally the Snakes would be in the best/better position to speak on the rules/laws that govern their school and how those rules have been implemented.
As with anything else, it doesn't matter who you know - if they were not an eye witness (and even then that doesn't mean they saw/heard everything that took place), we would all be better served to wait until the state cops come out with their report and the med examiner for the cause of death.
I will ask these two questions: If it turns out that hazing is not the cause of death, will those who have come here @#$% talking about FAM apologize? Will the Snakes do the same if it turns out that this young man was "hazed"?
