How many here knew that there is video evidence of a group of people going back out to bus at the hotel AFTER the band members had all disembarked and gone into the hotel? Hotel security cam evidence, AND interior bus cam evidence?

 

soflo..................sir, I have engaged you enough over the years both on the internet and elsewhere to know that when you post something like this^^^^, that means you are privy to information that is not yet in the public domain.  So I take it as my clue to not post something for which I will subsequently look foolish.

I mourn the loss of this young man.  And I cannot imagine what emotional toll this young man's death must have on his parents and other family members.  But I also think the parents having press conferences, making appearances on network television shows, and threatening lawsuits, etc., even before the young man is buried, is rather "odd".  Again, before those whose antipathy for FAMU is so ingrained that they can't even think straight, I am NOT taking shots at Mr. and Mrs. Champion.  I just think their actions, at THIS point, are rather odd. 

I don't know the lawyer who has either filed a lawsuit or is "preparing" to file one on the Champions' behalf.  But with all due respect, have there been sufficient facts deduced from this whole matter to even be "threatening" FAMU with a lawsuit.  Additionally, I am not necessarily a "fan" of the strategy in holding press conferences and making threats.  Either you have/will filed a lawsuit, or you have/will not.  And if you HAVE filed one, I'm confident that my alma mater will retain competent counsel to deal with same.

Strike, the investigating LE agencies have this and a LOT of other key evidence, details of which has not been made public yet. Most of which we won't see until the first trial.

And yes, there is a LOT more that the speculators here are assuming that I could dispute, however I'd rather sit back and see just how much dumb*hit is espoused as this saga continues....

Now that this documents have been made public, you will see that not only did Dr. White notify the administration on numerous occasions of hazing incidents, and the action he took, but the FAMU police were also notified.

For those claiming that he didn't notify law enforcement, please read the documents in their entirety.

He did his job. Others in the administration dropped the ball, which is what we've been trying to get morons here to see, That's why the Champion family has no beef with Dr. White, requested that their son be buried in a DM uniform, and had him speak at the funeral...
