The "best" coach, and the "most accomplished" coach is two different answers.

Would Willard Bailey,Rod Broadway,Henry Frazier,Kermit Blount, Joe Taylor,and Bill Hayes be considered in this category even though they have move on to the MEAC and other conferences but they are accomplished CIAA Coaches.
