With FVSU and TU having one lost under their belt, who will come out this weekend as the victorious one? Both teams are deemed as one of the powerhouses in the SIAC, but which team has the most power and endurance. Earlier in the year, my alma mater, FVSU, endured a devastating upset to Morehouse college, who went undefeated until last week when they lost to Tuskegee. In the SIAC DIVISION II Poll, this pushed FVSU up to the number 2 spot while Morehouse dropped to fourth place; which places Tuskegee in third place. This comes as no surprise, for many Wildcats fans and supporters have been hoping for this scenario. If FVSU wins this saturday, it will put #1 ASU on their toes til the Fountain City Classic "Showdown before Sundown" in Columbus, Ga and Tuskegee will not be the top tier team in the SIAC, which has not happend in a long time. On the other hand, if Tuskegee wins, FVSU will continue to fight for their grounds and stay hopeful that Morehouse will upset Albany on their day of play. In all, I hope that the Royal Blue hold on pull through.

LETS GO BLUE DEATH!!!!

The G-Rams are always on their toes..we can't take anyone lightly...We are NOT thinking about the FCC. It seems almost every team we have played have done a good job against despite the score.

For us, our motto IS... one game at a time baby... nod

No doubt, and it should be the game of the week. I'm getting the RV ready to roll right now. Me and the family have always loved making the trip to the Valley. my son Mr. FBI will make the trip over from Atlanta as well. he and his lovely wife are looking forward to the trip over. I tell people all the time. your kids can go where you send them to, but my kids will go to an HBCU if I got anything to do with it. and all four of them are so glad that they did and so am I...  LET'S GO TU LET'S GO...

As we wind down the season, every game is bigger.  At this point, we need no help - just win baby!  But this game is very interesting.  When was the last time Fort Valley beat Tuskegee? shrug

I  think Fort Valley hasn't beaten us at their place since 92.... I think... But I do know it has been a long long time ago and we want the trend to continue.

I hear ya WildcatFan!! nod

All options are on the table and those that disagree do not have a crystal ball and they DO NOT have a say so as to what will happen on the field. THE GAME IS PLAYED ON THE FIELD.  NO ONE is bullet proof in the SIAC. NO ONE.  nono2 That being said, the next game is TU and lets get ready because they are going to bring their "A" game with them on Saturday, so we had better make sure we come ready to defend Wildcat Stadium. I will have my seat on the 50! Please believe it! nod

GO WILDCATS!!!  bow bow bow

Wrong. We beat you all in '96 my freshmen year 20-19 in OT. It was Doug Porter's last season and we had just lost homecoming the week prior to Alabama A&M 17-13.

Actually, there is a three way tie for 2nd place in the SIAC right now so, this weekend's game will more than likely knock someone out of the race for the conference championship. It's gonna be tough for TU to come off of a tough emotional game like that and expect to still come out with a victory in Fort Valley. If they can do that, my hat is off to them.

Will there be any media coverage of this game? shrug
