Those figures were distorted.  We played A&T at home, and technically were the home team for the Circle City that year.

The ONLY thing that will keep our fans is Hayes's marketing and promotion acumen.  "Winning is Sexy," may be true, but our folks have shown the capability of disappearing no matter the record.  A LOT of blame can be cast about that situation.

Actually OSR, that year we played A&T and Central at home (both sellouts). Homecoming made the third big game. I would think that a Neutral site game would not be counted in a school's true home attendance.

Nothing can be further from the truth when it comes to the fair weatherness of our fans though.

I forgot we played Central at home that year too.  It wasn't a sellout, but very well attended.

Well Saturday should be the first chance to prove me wrong. I hope I am. We are noted road warriors.  How many gonna be in Bowman Gray Saturday? Actually I don't think it's a fair-weather thing.  As one Eagle noted on another thread, folks have other things to do these days.  The STUDENTS don't even come to the games now.

Don't forget secret GOP strategy meetings sponsored by Koch bros: attendees included Congressmen, Governors, CEOs, National Chamber of Congress, and two Supreme Court Judges; all united to put GOP back in power. Could SC Judges be bought? smh
