soflo, reagan had it a lot worse than obama. and he had to fight a democratic congress. obama has his party in the majority on capitol hill. it should have been a cake walk. reagan did it without bailouts.
He also gave us Reganomics which opened the door for our financial breakdown ....he also gave us the war on drugs which sent millions of minorities to prison while there white counterparts were given minimal sentences if that
Regan is nothing to swoon over and what he inherited was nothing close to what this president had to face
Obama came into 2 failing wars ....which our "patriots" feel as though we need to keep fighting this guerilla war
He came into a destroyed financial system ...
He came into a presidency when America had become one of the most hated countries worldwide because of our arrogance
He came into a failing healthcare system where children died on a normal basis in order to save a buck
He walked in a presidency where people were more partisan then ever before ...a time when the word "Compromise"...is on the Same level as saying "n----r"
and i could keep talking ........
He walked into this knowingly, happily, and only asked that we give him a chance ....have some patience....COMPROMISE (ooooohhh) and maybe have a little faith
2 years later ...
He changed healthcare to be fair for all ...
He closed corporate loopholes in the financial system
He put 2 women in the supreme court
and what does he get
Disrespect
I think Americas dark days are still on the way if we cant get over petty partisan bickering
