B, I gotta disagree with you on what white men find attractive.
Yep. Gotta blue-eye NC bred co-worker who years ago, I introduced one that resembled the one in the pic that's (she) a high powered atty in DC. Right in front of her, he was like, "What umma to do with that?". He lives in Lakeland now, and has been with this sister for 7 years. She has breast cancer now, and he mother hens over her, taking good care of her.

I am over it, that picture, and this whole 'butts are in' trend.
Out of all the women that could have been featured...a racially ambigious chick is the best the ad folks could do? >:(
I guess a Black woman wasn't appropriate or wouldn't have the same appeal as this one in the ad.
I am so sick of 'our' features being relagated to undesirable or second-class status--until a non-Black person shows up with those same features.
Then it becomes in vogue, or the must have or 'the look'. ::)
I don't wear Nikes anyway--but this will keep me away from them for good.
Gotta agree with this statement 100%. From Bo Derek braids to Angela Jolie's lips to Ashley Grahams & Christina Hendricks curves. Never sexy when a sisters has those attributes.
To be honest white men just don't find sisters attractive by and large. Whenever those Maxim list come out rarely is a sister in the top ten. Out of Beyonce or Halle, they can't name many. They are now falling over themselves over Mad Men's Christina Hendricks who obviously had work done and is a paler version of Toccara from ATM Season 1.

Litterally HALF of my family is white... WASPs and even a Jew or two. At family reunions I can tell you for a FACT that a LOT of white guys LOVE the sistas and everything they bring to the table. Hell, six of those guys including my old man MARRIED black women!!
So a guy might not act like it, but he admires the SAME thing you and I do... bank on that.
I should have said some or most. I think it may come down to body type preferences and sadly skin color.I have several family members who are not Negro . That being said Black women are not viewed in the same light as white. a casual visit to the local Barnes & Nobles magazine rack is proof.

hell, that ain't no newsflash. Black people PERIOD are not viewed in the same light as whites.
As much as they aspire to look like us and emulate certain features, they will still view themselves as the epitome of everything beautiful.
Too bad most people don't realize that many things are beautiful - there is no one standard.
