Until a method of taxation can be found for weed like one was found for alcohol, the cat and mouse games will continue. HCBU's among your graduates will be future legislators who can get the laws changed. By 2050 enough of y'all should be in position for this to happen. Do keep in mind, that your future traffic offenses and wrecks will be due to driving under the influence of drugs. This is one of those trade-offs. Someone needs to shake T.I. and say "yo, you're no Charlie Sheen or Mel Gibson" to think you're going to commit bad behavior and just be tolerated or gain sympathy via Entertainment Tonight or Access Hollywood. You, Mrs. T.I. you ain't Paris Hilton or Lindsay Lohan, so with the exception with Onnidan, BlackAmericaWeb and B.E.T. you won't have an understanding mainstream audience.  To T.I. and your significant other, get yourselves together.  Stop doing stupid stuff!

My point was that regardless of if weed should be legalized or not, currently its illegal and they will lock your ignorant behind up for it if you have it. TI needs to recognize he has much to lose in this case and that all eyes are on him right now.

If you want to talk about legalization of marijuana then that's another subject entirely. The can of beans that are now open in front of us has to do with TI being stupid and messing up (allegedly) after getting another chance.

Yeah, I mixed you two up.  T.I. and his wife made an ill-advised choice.  We were just discussing this in one of my courses.  We cannot do what "they" do and think that we will have the same outcome.  We have to keep our noses clean at all times and not give "them" any rope to hang us.
