That is an interesting list.  I never really thought about those drinks being good for you.

I used to give Thumper Chamomile tea because she was child who just would not sleep.

I used to drink Green tea--but then I found it made me nauseous--so I left it alone.

Cranberry juice is good--but that I like the natural juice--not the Ocean Spray with all the sugar.

That cranberry juice is good on one hand but for me and this diabetes, it sends my sugar up.  Cry  It seems like all the good stuff I like is bad for me.  Roll Eyes
