Ok...that's a good response GK.  lol

BTW, less vinegar is good if you like it thicker. I added some crushed red pepper and paprika and it almost looks like 1000 Island.

I can't say that I like it too much.  Since I was born in Oklahoma, I prefer bbq that is rubbed with seasonings, uses a tomato based sauce, and is smoked over a period of time.
