In 02,03,04 it was Miles but not now we have fallen from grace. During those years we were marching 300 strong.

Here is how i saw the MEAC as of last football season. I even showed where the programs were in the season prior:

1. FAMU (No change from Previous Season)
2. Bethune-Cookman (No change from Previous Season)
3. Norfolk State (4th last season) [+1]
4. South Carolina State (5th last season) [+1]
5. North Carolina A&T (3rd last season) [-2]
6. Howard (7th Last Season)[+1]
7. Hampton (6th Last Season)[-1]
8. Morgan State (No change from Previous Season)

Delaware State was not ranked because i felt it wouldn't be right when they are trying to get themselves back on track. I also excluded NCCU and Savannah State because they haven't played a full MEAC schedule yet...

As you can see in the MEAC, the real fight is for spots 3,4,and 5. these bands switch positions the most each year and i feel are honestly the most competitive

This is a good honest opinion.  You can put NCCU tied for 5th or 6th.

It's pretty quiet in here... i would have sworn this topic would have broken down into a battle of the youtube clips by now...lol

It's hard to say because it varies by season, but I do like Cally's Meac list when you look at several years. A&T could flip flop with SCSU this year if they keep it up. The Ciaa is going to be difficult to to judge right now with WSSU coming back in. I have no idea what the transition back has done to the program. WSSU, VSU, & Shaw, should be the tops in the Ciaa, with JCSU and FSU following closely.

Why is A&T in that battle?  Band heads are going to love this, but it's just to much music if you ask me.
