It's Cold Stone Creamery's 24-ounce PB & C ice cream shake.
http://weblogs.sun-sentinel.com/features/food/restaurants/blog/2010/06/whats_the_worst_beverage_in_th_1.html

With 2,010 calories, 131 grams of fat and 153 grams of total sugars, it's like eating 30 Chewy Chips Ahoy cookies, according to "Drink This Not That! The No Diet Weight Solution" by David Zenczenko and Matt Goulding (Rodale, $19.99).

Put another way, drinking this chocolate ice cream, milk and peanut butter concoction is like eating 68 strips of bacon.

If you do find yourself at Cold Stone, choose a "Sinless' option.

Zenczenko is editor of Men's Health magazine and Goulding is food and nutrition editor. They've also written several "Eat This, Not That!" titles covering everything from restaurant meals to supermarket foods. Much of the information can be found at eathis.com, where you can also download mobile phone apps.

This latest drink book offers tips on choosing healthful beverages everywhere. Order a root beer float instead of the Oreo Blender Blaster at Denny's and cut your calories in half. Have a chocolate milk shake instead of the Chocolate Oreo BK Sundae Shake at Burger King and cut your fat intake by two thirds. Dunkin' Donuts' Tropicana Orange Coolatta is fat free and has 220 calories compared to the 6 grams of fat and 430 calories in its Vanilla Bean Coolatta.

The authors swear we can lose up to 30 pounds in a year with some simple beverages swaps.
