Who the heck WANTS military trials.....just take them out and shoot'em. All kidding aside.....I don't think that Miranda rights are required for a military trial. The jury is still out on a civilian trial and whether addmissions made by the defendents can be entered as evidence because they weren't Mirandized. I also have a problem with them being defended by lawyers appointed by the Justice Department who work for the department and have a part in setting department policy on how to try terrorists. That's like the captain of the Exxon Valdez setting environmental policy on oil spills. GO VIKINGS!!!

I take the lack of response after all of this time RE: your position on civilian trials during the last admin to mean that you had no opposition then and are now against them along with others PRIMARILY because Obama is doing it.

As to why you favor military trials, even with their UNeven results, I can partially understand that.
