All,

I am a defense acquisition professional.

Joint programs like JSF are managed at the OSD level, not at the component level.  As such there is no "lead service".

So though I normally disagree with Y on this forum.  He is right on this one.

Thanks Shelt.  If only Cholly and the rest would admit their error.

Cholly are you stupid?  Shelt, said the Joint Strike Fighter is not an Air Force only program.  BTW, neither was the F-15, F-16, F-17, and F-18.

The tanker will be built in the U.S.A. by an American company.  Only a hater of the United States of America will want a platform as important as the tanker to built by a foreign company.  Only you would want jobs to go overseas so we will have a new tanker.  You are a traitor.  You have no love for this great country.  You should sell your house and move to another country.  You should love France.

b4l,  all branches have cost overruns.  The Marine got fired for more than cost overruns.

You people explain how a Marine gets canned and the Air Force gets blamed.  Are you people stupid?
