I Don't think they heard you though. Let's put this one back in the discussion pot....15.7 percent unemployment rate for African Americans- up 3 percent since the beginning of this year when it was 12.5. We can talk about protecting the rich people from having to support health care for the poor, but I'd like to see what the African American republicans on the Board have to say about the rise in unemployment for their own people.
