For those who don't know.  The new hotel at Victoryland is opening up Nov.1st.  I got my room back in September.  Rates start around $150.

That's pretty high for Macon County AL.  That hotel better be more than just pretty nice for 150.

Or is that a jacked up rate because of demand that weekend?

Not only is it TU's homecoming, it's also Auburn's Homecoming, and I believe Alabama State has a home game that weekend as well.

If the normal rates are $189 than $150 may not be that bad. This is a brand new hotel atleast you are in a clean environment. I would pay $150 easily. Just my opinion.
