A new study finds obese people have 8 percent less brain tissue than normal-weight individuals. Their brains look 16 years older than the brains of lean individuals, researchers said today...

I wouldnt worry about it Que. Not saying carrying around the weight (especially if its in your midsection) is good but if the 8% brain power cant help the others find a cure for this epidemic that actually works what is the use of the brain cells anyway? shrug 

I say eat the best you can, exercise, and keep it moving.   tiptoe

Well I changed my eating habits and loss 20 pounds in about six month.  Maybe if i stick with an exercise program my brain will be spared.  Only 80 more to go!!  lmao

Hang in there. My doc told me I need to lose 100 myself. lol Not 10 or 20 but 100 and she said it like its no problem. lol 

I told her ok, you got it. Now YOU KNOW its more to it than that. lol
