That same worker had some immigration issues also. If your memory goes back to the Clinton nominees' Senate hearings several of them caught a lot of flack for not paying social security taxes on hired help. One nominee got grilled for not paying social security taxes on a child who cut his grass one summer.
BTW, the earliest he will get confirmed is after the Inauguration.
