Ask OW for your own ""mad azzz lonely bear"" forum.

Use the 3 Turkey Italian Sausage with 1lb of Ground Turkey. Cut onions, mushrooms, red bell pepper, egg plant, zuchinni, yellow squash, carrots, celery in small cubes, try to make the same size(chillun can‘t pick it out if it‘s all the same size). Use whatever sauce you have a coupon for add to sauted garlic, simmer slow.

Put some sauce on the bottom, pasta, sauce, low/no fat cheese, italian bread crumbs, bake till bubbly.

"interesting stuff...some things I will not live without..I‘ve made adjustments in the past and dropped about 25 lbs and have maintained my current weight for about 4 yrs.  Was always larger than most but refuse to buy 40"" waist pants.

The key for me was to make better choices throughout the day.  I would still have my vices but overall, throughout the day, my eating was healthier and portion control is a huge part of that.

I would go to lunch and eat 90% salads and steamed veggies (bruh man had to get that fried okra or mac n cheese every once in a while).

Still consume soft drinks, beer and wine in moderation but will subconsciously switch to water."
