If I didn‘t know that WSSU was an HBCU, I would have thought that it was a predominately white institution from the pics.  

The UNC System does mandate that you must reflect diversity in some of your images. But it does not require that you must include whites in every single pic.  "

Several years ago when this mandate came down.  NCCU did new photos of students for various publications from the University.  There were a lot of white students shown.  I remember asking the late Nancy Rowland (Director of Undergraduate Admissions) about this.  She said that it was a mandate from the UNC system.  But if you looked at the PWC publications you did not see an over abondance of African American students.
